Is the Unlimited Data Plan Really Unlimited?

There is absolutely no data cap on our unlimited data plans. Video streams at 480p. After 22GB data may be deprioritized in times of heavy network congestion but will continue to operate at full speed when the network is no longer congested. The reasonable use policy (RUP) applies the Personal Unlimited plan on the network. Our personal plan is for personal use, and not for any other use. DATA only devices activated on any plan specified as a "Smartphone Plan" will be terminated without refund. Data only devices (including hotspot, IoT, etc) must be activated on one of the data only plans.

Try clearing your cache and cookies, or waiting for a few minutes.

Issues with all websites ?

Try the Below steps;

Check if your mobile data is switched ON. Go to your device settings and check the mobile data option. Ensure your mobile data is set to “ON”.
Ensure the fastest data option is selected. Check which data symbol (G/E/H/H+/2G/3G/4GLTE/Volte) is displayed on handset. If G/E/2G is displayed on your handset, go to network settings on your device, and ensure the network type is set to 3G or 4G.
Check whether your SIM is in the right slot. Ensure your SIM is on right slot which supports LTE
Check your APN (Access Point Names) settings. In your device settings, look for the ‘SIM & Network’ option, then look for ‘Access Point Names’. Make sure you have the correct Access Point Name selected.
Ensure you have sufficient data available in pack/plan. Login to My account
Turn On and Off Airplane mode.
Try Sim on another handset and check

Some newer model devices are compatible with all carriers. Newer model phones have been wired to be compatible with both technologies GSM and CDMA for example any Nexus or Pixel device from Google will have both CDMA and GSM radios and work on any carrier on the planet. iPhone 4s and later support GSM.

Mobile devices on any of these networks are supported by us; Ultra Mobile, Ting, Cricket Wireless, Red Pocket Mobile, Mint Mobile, FreeUp Mobile, Good2go Mobile, Pix Wireless, TextNow, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, AT&T, Republic Wireless, TracFone, h20 Wireless, Consumer Cellular, Metro, Google Fi, Net10 Wireless, Straight Talk Wireless, Virgin Mobile, PureTalk USA or any other virtual network that is powered by AT&T or T-Mobile.

To work on our network, your device has to operate on one of these GSM frequencies:

3G UMTS network - 850, 1900MHz bands

4G LTE network - AWS, 700, 850, 1900MHz bands

Verizon is a CDMA carrier, and operates on a different technology than AT&T and T-Mobile (which are GSM). However, you should still be able to use your unlocked Verizon 4G LTE device on AT&T or T-Mobile, as most handsets will be compatible with both carriers' LTE bands.
