Try clearing your cache and cookies, or waiting for a few minutes.

Issues with all websites ?
Try the Below steps;

Check if your mobile data is switched ON.
Go to your device settings and check the mobile data option. Ensure your mobile data is set to “ON”.

Ensure the fastest data option is selected.
Check which data symbol (G/E/H/H+/2G/3G/4GLTE/Volte) is displayed on handset. If G/E/2G is displayed
on your handset, go to network settings on your device, and ensure the network type is set to 3G or 4G.

Check whether your SIM is in the right slot.
Ensure your SIM is on right slot which supports LTE

Check your APN (Access Point Names) settings.
In your device settings, look for the ‘SIM & Network’ option, then look for ‘Access Point Names’.
Make sure you have the correct Access Point Name selected.

Ensure you have sufficient data available in pack/plan.
Login to [My account] (https://i3mobile.us/billing-login)

Turn On and Off Airplane mode.

Try Sim on another handset and check

Configuration Issues

Android Devices

Access the Settings menu.
Locate and select either Wireless & Networks, More Networks, or Connections.
Select Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
Locate and select the option to add a new APN. This is usually accessed by a + symbol on the screen or by tapping the menu button.
Program each field using the settings below.

Name: I3 MOBILE
APN: NXTGENPHONE
Proxy: Not Set
Port: Not Set
Username: Not Set
Password: Not Set
Server: Not Set
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Authentication Type: None
APN Type: default,mms,supl,hipri
APN protocal IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified

Save the changes to return to the APN menu and select the new APN.

Apple Devices / iPhone

iOS devices should not require manual programming of data settings. If you are unable to connect to our data network using an iOS device purchased from another carrier follow the steps below.

Go to "Settings", tap on WiFi and temporarily turn it OFF
Back in "Settings", scroll down to "Messages" and tap to open it. Make sure MMS is OFF
Go back to "Settings", tap on "General" and then "Cellular". Make sure "Enable 3G" is OFF & "Data Roaming" is ON.
Scroll down & tap on "Cellular Data Network".
Under "Cellular Data Network" put in the following:

Save the below APN settings and restart your Mobile device.

Username: Not Set
Password: Not Set

Click on the Home button to go back to the main phone screen
Go back to "Settings" one more time, scroll down and tap on "Messages" and turn it ON
Press the Home button and you're set to send & receive MMS on GSM
Once you have set it up and tested to see if it works, you can re-enable WiFi, turn off Data Roaming and turn on 3G/4G LTE

Using iOS Version 8 or above?

Go to Home Screen
Open Settings
Select Cellular
Select Enable LTE Switch
Select Enable LTE
LTE now enabled
