Is the Unlimited Data Plan Really Unlimited?
There is absolutely no data cap on our unlimited data plans. Video streams at 480p. After 22GB data may be deprioritized in times of heavy network congestion but will continue to operate at full speed when the network is no longer congested. The reasonable use policy (RUP) applies the Personal Unlimited plan on the network. Our personal plan is for personal use, and not for any other use. DATA only devices activated on any plan specified as a "Smartphone Plan" will be terminated without refund.

What happens when I have used all my available data?
On our essentials plan if a subscriber utilizes all of their available data and generates overage charges, the line (talk, text, and data) will be suspended. The subscriber can their account to add data (cash balance) or contact support 24/7 using the live chat. A data warning is sent to all customers once they are within 25% of their data usage. Can I Call International?
All smartphone plans include unlimited calling to all of North America, this includes the United States, Canada and Mexico. Upon activation calls to Mexico will be blocked (Canada will still be available). The user must have a cash balance of at least $10, this will automatically disable the international call block. Once international calls are unblocked this will allow the users to call anywhere in the world. The international rates are extremely high on the network ($3 - $8 per minute) d

What if my monthly payment fails?
By default the monthly service will be suspended. Network subscribers are granted three (3) days to make a payment once their account goes into NON-PAY status. After three days the account will be cancelled/deactivated. Once cancelled SIM cards can not be reused. The number can be recovered if requested, the fee is $35 for a recovery, the recovery process may take up to 7 business days.
